Exposing forensic activities contributing to conflict resolution in Africa and carry out ethical reflection on the intervention of the coroner. On the specific plan that objective is reflected through the development of subthemesbelow :

The Objective of this Sub-theme is to present the Means for ascertaining the Truth about Violence against Persons. These include:- Evaluating the performance of Examinations implemented ThanatologicalForensics ;- Describe the Nature of the Violence ;- Evaluating Injuries resulting from Violence;- Identify the Origins of Violence.

 

Forensics Professionals prepare and present during this Conference :- The Results of Studies ;- The Compensation Procedure for Victims of Conflict

 

 

 

The Participants shall implement these Activities in their Daily Practice.

Ethical Issues in Mass Migrations duringConflicts.

 

 

 The Objective of this Sub-theme is to reflect on the Ethical Component of Mass Migration During Conflicts. These include:- Analyze the Ethical Problems of Mass Migration ;- Exposing the Contribution of Forensic Medicine in the Treatment of Migrants.

 

 

Professionals share their Thoughts on Protecting the Physical and Moral integrity of Migrants.

 

 

 Participants understand these Issues and encourage Organizations and National and International Institutions to consider the Ethical Component Mass Migrations During their Mission of Intervention.

Medical Assistance in Times of Conflicts.

 

 

 The Objective of this Sub-theme is to improve Medical Practice in Times of Conflict. These include:- Put in Place the Necessary Means for the Intervention of the Doctor in the Theater of Conflict;- Protect Doctors involved in Conflict Zones;- Practicing Medicine in Times of Conflicts in accordance with Medical Ethics.

 

 

 The Professionals present the Results of Studies and exchange Experiences on the Conduct of the Doctor in a Conflict Zone.

 

 

 Participants include Medical Ethics and Doctor's Intervention Methods in Conflict.

Forensic Identification of MissingPersonsfollowingConflicts.

 

 

 The Objective of this Sub-theme is to present the Socio- legal Interest of the Identification of Missing Persons During Conflicts. These include:- Describe the Personal Identification Techniques and Methods ;- Describe the Identification Procedures of these People ;- Determine the Cause of Death.

 

 

 

 The Professionals have the Advantages and Limitations of Techniques and Methods and exchange Experiences in the Identification of Missing Persons as a Result of Conflicts.

 

 Participants understand the Role of the Identification of Missing Persons in the Delivery of the Bodies to their Families for the Grieving and the Judicial Investigation.

CustodialMedicine.

 

 

 The Objective of this Sub-theme is to improve the State of Health of Persons deprived of Liberty. These include:- Ensure Medical Care for People in Prison ;- Establish the Terms of a Health Surveillance;- Assess the Compatibility Conditions of Health with the continued Imprisonment.

 

 

 The Professionals present at this Conference the Results of Studies and exchange Experiences on Living Conditions of Inmates in Prisons.

 

 

 Participants will understand the Issues of a Right to the Protection of the Health of Prison Inmates.
